This policy explains what information Kamalvasini Tech collects when you use Pharmacy Manager Pro, and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email, mobile number, business name, GSTIN and address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID — never your Google password.
• Business data you enter: products, stock, bills, customers, suppliers, payments, prescriptions and accounts. This is your data; we act only as its processor.
• Payment details: the plan, amount, UTR / reference number and any payment proof you upload. We do not collect card or bank login details.
• Technical data: sign-in history, IP address and browser type, used for security and the audit log.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, to verify payments and activate plans, to send account emails (verification, password reset, payment status, renewal reminders), and to give support when you ask for it.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in), or when required by law.

4. Support access

Our support staff may sign in to your account only to help you or investigate a problem. Every such session is recorded in your account's audit log.

5. Security

The Service runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes and bank details are encrypted. Each business's data is kept separate from every other account, and staff access is limited by roles.

6. Retention

Your business data is kept while your account exists, including while it is locked after expiry, so you can continue after renewing. On request after closing your account, we delete it, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can view and correct your details in the app, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your data by writing to us.
