Try before you pay

Every new account can use the free trial to check that Pharmacy Manager Pro suits the business before paying anything.

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: simply don't renew. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

• Payments for a period that has started are not refundable, fully or partly.
• If you paid twice, paid a wrong amount, or we could not activate your plan, the extra or unused amount is refunded to the same UPI ID or bank account.
• If your payment is rejected (for example the UTR could not be matched), contact us and we will help you resolve it or refund it.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
