These terms govern your use of Pharmacy Manager Pro (the "Service"), provided by Kamalvasini Tech ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register.
The Service is online software for pharmacy billing, inventory, purchase, wholesale and accounting. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
You must give correct business details and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity by users you create in your account and for the roles you give them.
New accounts may get a free trial. When the trial ends, you need a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data is kept as described in section 7.
If a paid period or trial ends without renewal, the account stays usable for a grace period of 3 days and is then locked until renewed. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, misuses the Service or fails to pay, after notice where reasonably possible.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including drug licensing, Schedule H/H1 and other prescription rules, GST registration, invoicing and filing. The Service helps you keep records; it does not give legal, tax or medical advice. Please verify tax rates, HSN codes and reports with your tax advisor before filing.
The business data you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. Data of a locked account is kept so that you can continue after renewing. You can ask us for an export of your data or for its deletion after closing your account.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be done at quiet hours where possible. Keep the printed or exported copies your law requires.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
